Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

February 16, 2017

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel T. Coleman.

Mary Alice Southerland attended the meeting.

Mayor Robert Barnhill called the meeting to order and prayed.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, minutes of January 19, 2017 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by William Hunter, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Mary Alice Southerland commented that the Orthodox Church has applied to be on the National Register.

Alice also had someone wanting to use the hall every Tuesday.  There were no objections.

Louis Hesse said that a new house was to be built on the Leimone property.  Also he mentioned new owners were working on the Bradshaw house.

William Hunter mentioned that work had been done on North Road.

Judy Katalinic has updated a list of trash bins in the Village to Waste Industries.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, it was unanimous to go into executive session.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the minutes of the executive session were sealed unanimously.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the executive session was adjourned unanimously.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by William Hunter, the regular meeting was adjourned unanimously.
