MINUTES

Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

March 16, 2017

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel T. Coleman.  Absent was Neil Benton.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order, and Kaye Knowles prayed.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by William Hunter, minutes of February 16, 2017 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Louis Hesse spoke on remodeling being done at the old rectory.

There was no other business.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
