MINUTES

Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

October 19, 2017

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.

Absent was William Hunter.

Attending the meeting were Alice Southerland and Margaret Brinzey.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order and prayed.

On motion by Neil Benton, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, minutes of September 21, 2017 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Neil Benton, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Louis mentioned that Hersey Fennell was present at the Planning Board meeting in October.

Louis had something to bring to the council, but there were some questions and answers that needed clearing up.

Margaret Brinzey will not be present for the December meeting.

There was no further official business.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
