Village of St. Helena Town Hall Meeting

November 19, 2020

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro-Tem Judy Katalinic, Councilwoman Margaret Brinzey, Councilman William Hunter, Councilwoman Kaye Knowles, Councilwoman Nancy Jones, Village Clerk Mary D. Bakan, Planner Kim Rivenbark, and Village Attorney Nathaniel Coleman. Absent was Building Inspector Louis T. Hesse.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order and led the prayer.

Pledge of Allegiance was said to the U.S. Flag, and a salute to the N.C. Flag was said.

William Hunter is to check on trimming bushes on one of the streets.

Nathan Coleman is working on two subdivisions.

Kim Rivenbark is still updating the U.D.O.

North Road was brought up by William Hunter.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, minutes of October 15, 2020 were approved unanimously.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the October 2020 Financial Report was approved unanimously.

Mayor Barnhill discussed the December meeting.

William Hunter has lined up someone to clean the town hall gutters for $40.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
