Attending the meeting were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro-Tem William Hunter, Councilwoman Kaye Knowles, Councilwoman Nancy Jones, Councilwoman Judy Katalinic, Councilman Neil Benton, Town Clerk Robbie Holly, and Attorney Nathaniel Coleman.

Decision included procedure, possible assignments of departments, individual responsibilities, signs, and the future of St. Helena.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
