Village of St.Helena Minutes of a Public Hearing Held on February 20, 2025 The hearing was called to order by Mayor Robert Barnhill at 6:25 P.M. Present, in addition to Mr. Barnhill, were Councilman Neil Benton, Councilman Carey Childress, Councilwoman Judith Katalinic and Councilman Gerald Velie. After determining that there was proper notice of the hearing, the floor was opened to public comment concerning the proposed amendments to the Rlood Damage Prevention Ordinance. It was noted that the Planning Board has recommended passage of the amendments. There being no comments forthcoming, the Mayor declared the hearing closed. Respectfully submitted, Mary D.
