Village of St. Helena Special Meeting/Council Minutes

(This meeting was called a Special Meeting because the day of the meeting was changed from the 3rd Thursday to the 1st Thursday)

December 9, 2010

 Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Ron Rampone, Neil Benton, Jim Davis, Nancy Jones, Willie Knowles, R. H. Corbett,  and Louis T. Hesse.

 Attending the meeting were Judy Katalinic, Kathy Hone, Gerald Velie, and Robert Kenan.

 Mayor Robert Barnhill called the meeting to order.

 Willie Knowles prayed.

 On motion by Willie Knowles, and seconded by Ron Rampone, minutes of November 18, 2010 were approved unanimously.

 On motion by Willie Knowles, and seconded by Ron Rampone, the financial report was approved unanimously.

 Louis Hesse reported that permits were issued for heat & air systems.

 Ron Rampone asked about the roof being finished in the back of the hall.

 Jim Davis mentioned that trees needed to be cut to protect the roof.

 Mayor Barnhill said that the gutter next to the ditch side would stay removed because of the leaves.

 Attorney Robert Kenan submitted a petition requesting the closing of streets on Debaylo property.

 Nancy Jones asked about Mark Blanton and the need to cancel a lien on his property.  Attorney Corbett had taken care of this.

 On motion by Willie Knowles, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the meeting was adjourned.
