Planning Board Meeting Minutes

May 5, 2022

Attending the meeting was Chairman Jimmy English, Secretary Carey Childress, Planning Board Member Gerald Velie,

Planning Board Member Teresa Coleman, Building Inspector Louis T. Hesse, Planning Board Member and ETJ representative

Hersey Fennell, and Village Attorney Nathanial Coleman.

Meeting started at 6:35 p.m.

Nathan presented another map of David L. Moore’s property. He said there were small minor changes to lots.

He said the lots meet width requirements.

In reference to septic tank on lot 5, it is not planning board’s problem. It is Pender County Health Department’s issue.

Teresa Coleman made a motion to approve. Hersey Fennell seconded it. All approved by saying “aye”. No one opposed it.

Meeting ended at 6:45.
