St. Helena Planning Board Meeting

May 3, 2018

6:30 p.m.

Attending were Gerald Velie, Hersey Fennell, Melvin James, Jimmy English, Louis Hesse, and Kim Rivenbark. Attending in the audience was David Longievetti and Mary Bakan.

Katrina Banks was absent due to father’s death.

Kim went over corrections to U.D.O.

Then the subject changed to the Board of Adjustment.

Gerald Velie made a motion and Melvin James seconded recommendation submitted by Kim Rivenbark.

Kim Rivenbark brought up Flood Damage Ordinance and FEMA.

Gerald Velie made a motion and Melvin James seconded motion to accept Flood ordinance.

It was approved unanimously.
