The Village of St. Helena Council consists of a Mayor and five Council members.  The Mayor holds office for a two year term and Council members for a staggered four year term.

The Council meets at the Village Hall on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30pm.  All meetings are open to the public and the residents of the Village are encouraged to attend.
