VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF August 7, 2014

Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, attorney Nathan Coleman and Inspector Louis Hesse.

The meeting was called to order by Jimmy English.

Discussions continued regarding the distinction between major and minor subdivisions.  We will review existing regulations, guidelines and use requirements for major subdivisions and continue discussions.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m
